Guided Duck Hunts In The Timber

I am looking for a good 2 day hunt in flooded timber for me and my boy who turns 11 in December. We have been hunting the coast out of Port A the last couple of years and looking for something different. He is having surgery on both feet in mid December so it would have to be before then. Anyone know a good guide in Texas that provides this type of hunt?

Last time I went to Stuttgart it was $500 per day which was all inclusive at an exclusive camp. That was in the mid 90s.

I'd check out Bigwoods on the trinity. Awesome place!

As an Arkansas boy, most of the "timber" hunts offered in TX aren't truly a "timber" hunt to me. Sure, there's trees around, but it's not the same as hunting an area that has thousands of acres of flooded bottomland oaks.

I've heard really good things about Red Legs. http://www.redlegoutfitters.com/Home.aspx

Big woods is as close as you're going to get in TX, unless you find someone with private land up on the Sulphur River-
