Well this evening's trek for a buck I've been seeing on my trail camera for the past few days took an unexpected turn. at about 7 this evening I was beginning to think that it sure was odd nothing was showing up. About that time during my every other minute panning of the area I notice something near some brush about 200 yards out that wasn't there before. Sure enough, it continued on up a hill and I quickly realized why there were no deer around. Frustrated and full of hatred (I've been after these pigs for a month now with no success) I climbed down and went back to the truck and swapped my bow for my AR. Made my way to the other side of that hill into an oak mott next to our hay field and found my target. Get set up on the fence within range, when 1 became 2, then 2 became 6, then 6 became crap I should have grabbed a second mag. Oh well, once they got into the open hay field I opened up on them and gave them back all the frustration they've given me. This is all I was able to recover in the dark. Will go back tomorrow and look one more time.
