My son and I had a minor disagreement last night over a girl and a mum. He texted me this morning and said "you were right dad". Im still in shock!

I haven't reached that point yet with my son who is now a freshman in high school. Right now I am the one saying, "You will understand these decisions when you are older son." lol

I have 2 teen daughters also. Im not gonna lie, I have little hope in ever hearing those words from them even after they grow up. "You were right" is a phrase rarely uttered by women.
