good tips...i'll def do some practice shots w/out the quiver prior to my next hunt...good thinking.

I like the idea of making it hang ready....

      gracias greatness of the GS!

I remove my quiver. I have the same mount on my climber that I have on my bow. So I just move the quiver from the bow to the climber and it keeps the arrows out of the way but handy if I need another.

          Here is my MO.

I hunt on my way to the stand. I don't just stroll in. The quiver is on my bow. I have on a couple of occasions come accross game on my way to the stand. Having the quiver on my bow has been critical to this as sometimes I can't walk around with an arrow nocked (terrain.)

Once I get to the stand, the quiver comes off and is put on the ground near me, on the tree if a tree stand, in some branches if a tripod pushed into a tree.

Take mine off as soon as I get in the stand

I use the spot n stalk quiver pack while hunting. So mine stays on the pack

In a tree stand I hang it on my accessory hooks.. Pop up I lean it against the blind. Don't ever like shooting with it on.

I use a back pack with a 4 arrow quiver.
Saves me from having to remove a quiver in the tree stand.

The G5 quiver I use came with an extra attachment to screw on to a tree or blind. Quiver comes off the bow as soon as I'm in the stand and goes on the attachment. I also practice shooting with it on and off the bow, so I'm prepared for spot n stalk with it on.
