Great customer service, taking my daughter on a bow hunt tomorrow after school and wanted to get some practice in tonight before we leave tomorrow. I had some trouble with the drop away rest and it was 7:30 and they close at 8:00 I live 40 miles away and made a call and Thomas said bring her up there and he would stay open till he got it right. It's fixed now and she can go hunt. Great customer service.
