Not starting a war either but you are way off base on my thread. I never asked anyone if I should or shouldnt shoot this buck. I said I might hunt him.....and then again I might not. I gave up chasing score many moons ago. Some years I will chase an old cull buck as my target because that is the buck I want. And I would suggest maybe you need to chill.

The deer looks great now but could you imagine what he would like with that height and mass. If you can I would wait a year or two. He looks old and young in that pic, how old do you think he is?

Night pics can be tough but I bet he is going to be 140" and possibly flirting with 145" as an 8 - lacking in mass ( according to this pic) and cant tell beam length very well at that angle. I dont know of anybody that would pass that buck up

The nighttime IR pics always diminish the rack I have found but you are spot one with your guess. I would guess him right at 145+/- 2 inches. Of course it wouldnt hurt my feelings if he touched 150.
