I understand that the proper and cool thing to say is absolutely not! However, if he is alert and ready to get the heck out of dodge then I am sticking him right now. I hunt in a two buck county so I am gonna take my chances. I've never shot one that big with my bow so yes absolutely I'm shooting. If he's calm and in no hurry then I would wait for sure.

Man, your right. That's a once in a lifetime opportunity for most if us. The other bucks leg should heal fine.

There isn't much room there to slide an arrow in and catch both lungs but I can't say I wouldn't try it at 22 yards. 30+, I would hope I wouldn't try it.
