Personally, I've NEVER had a CS problem with Elite. Just s/w 2 different people last week at EA about ordering a custom set of limb pockets for my E35. As usual Elite delivered and took care of my needs, no questions asked

are you personally calling Elite, or is your dealer calling EA on your behalf, and telling you he can't get in touch with anyone ??

text me or PM your phone number, I'll have someone from Elite call you in 5 minutes

modules (inserted into cams) are used to change draw lengths. Can find them new for $60 or used for $35 on the inet

    see above reply to Bobby

please go get measured / fitted at a bow shop that sells Elites. Pretty sure you just ordered the wrong DL bow

The last 10 Elites I've bought (2009 to present) have all been dead nuts perfect measurement for my DL . 2006-2008 bows measured long in the draw. see Sean and WASSAW's reply above

I am personally calling them. I work at a shop that is an Elite dealer and we have a hard time getting anyone in customer service to answer the phone or call back.

I'm concerned about buying one on ebay or AT and my drawlength doesn't work out. How hard is it to get replacement modules?
Very easy fix and you can find modules pretty easily.

if no one calls you by the end of business tomorrow (10/10) I'll give you some free Ragin Blaze

I have that much faith in my sources and contacts

Heck, I may just send you some free RB because you're an Elite brother

We sold a few Elites last year. I don't have problems with customer service and always get answers. One of the biggest opportunity I had last year was getting bows fast enough. I think the new bow shoots really nice. Good luck on what ever bows you shoot.

You can't write off the comparison lol, unless I missed the law it is bow season, no restriction on brace height sooo. That is one of the things we are taking into account when looking at these bows.

The bottom line is they are the slowest main line bows, and I havn't seen any reports that the inherent accuracy is any better. They are smooth, ok... that's a one trick pony. I would have loved to see a 33ish ata bow ibo of 340ish(same as my 4 year old evo)... maybe next year

Haters gonna hate. I've shot Hoyt's for 25 years...shot an Elite and made the switch this year. As you said, it depends on your wants/needs. If you are caught up in the speed game, Elite is not for you. If you want smooth draw cycle, solid back wall and zero hand shock, Elite is the ticket. Keep rockin' that 4 year old Evo if it floats your boat...nobody is trying to force you to change.

Since Pete has taken over that is a very true statement Blake.

I believe you and I must have the same contact numbers LOL

If anybody needs to get a hold of Elite, If you can't get Blake....PM me your number and I'll get you in contact with them.
