Covert question

Here is a example of the pictures it's sending me. Are everyone's this pixelated?

It's not supposed to send high quality pictures, just a preview. Plus it looks like the sun is in front of it. It looks like a normal picture to recieve from the covert to me. The high quality images are stored on your SD card.

How many pics are yall getting off a set of batteries? I used the 12 lithium batteries

I honestly don't know on the picture count. I just use regular batteries and get about 4 months out of it but I have no idea how many pictures.
