Went out today to check the feeder make sure the dang raccoons ain't tore nothing up YET... And near a water spring on the property I have been throwing corn 40lbs at a time I threw another bag and about 7:15 had a really nice freezer filler of a Axis Doe come out waited for the quartering shot and let it rip ,,,,, literally gave the doe a hair cut recovered my arrow with some hair but no blood she dropped at that last second and dodged my arrow!!!!
I'm pretty bummed but there's always tomorrow!!!!!

I missed this morning as well. But at a yote with my Recurve. Should've had him, but could not come to full draw and I shaved his chest for him. He jumped straight up about 3 foot and stayed looking at the arrow suck in a Cactus. Should've renocked and shot again, lol
