    Bow for 2 year old

My husband & I want to get our daughter a bow for Christmas. She'll be 3 next April & is very tall and strong for her age. I'm not sure if we should get her a toy bow (Nerf style) or something a little more legit to get her on the path for real bows. Suggestions?? Thanks y'all!

I would say nerf at two! Unless you want to lose an eye!

Only you know your kids maturity level, if you have doubt start with nerf

Nerf all the way, no need to lose an eye.

My little 3 year old has a bow that shoots an arrow with a foam ball on the end. She target practices with me all the time. It might make it 5 feet on a good shot but she has fun. Target practice is no longer productive but I wouldnt trade it for the world.

We're thinking something like that with a foam tip or a suction cup tip. I know that if we gave her something too "toy-ish" looking she would know it wasn't like Mommy & Daddy's bows. Also, I think she would enjoy shooting at a target so I'm thinking the suction cup tips are looking like our best option.
