I plan to for one of my deer this year, if they're as good as I expect I'll take a couple more before the end of the season.

I met the owner the other day. He seemed like a nice enough guy. I'm hoping to try them out this season.

I used them their first year and they did very good on the meat and had it back in 3wks or less. This past year, I did hear they had a big wait time to get your meat back. Possibly they got too big too fast and didn't have the people or equipment needed. Hopefully, they are geared up this year because I plan on using them again if I get anything.

do they take deer that are just field dressed or do I need to skin em'out?

yes, they will skin them out for you. That's how I dropped mine off. Did a pig that way also, hate messin with those things!
The hunters sticks and smoked sausage were my favorites.
