First hunt of the season and looks like the weather is gonna be nice!!! My two compadres and I are headed North arriving at our motel sometime around midnight. Two pronghorn tags in hand, lots hit list whitetail on camera and the ever present possibility of stumbling upon a monster muley to stalk. Here we go....

We had a good opening morning and are out of goat tags. Both rifle kills bc water standing in more places than usual so bows stayed in the truck.

A few doe and fawns. Not a horn yet. Big bucks hide, on our place, until the rut. See them in summer and during rifle season.

Thanks. We had them both located Friday and got lucky and made it happen early this morning. One at 7:30 and one at 9:30 or so.
