New stand setup. SE TEXAS whatdya think?

Got off work and ran to pick up a new ground blind and corn for a new little hot spot, we have pictures of up to 7 does in one shot from just dumping a bag of corn on the ground. I took alotta time brushing this thing in because it is only 15-17 yds from the main trail that is very heavily used. This is the perfect set up for a north wind, its on the edge of a clearing to the north that i walk in from and it's not set up but maybe 30yds into the woods. Deer will approach primarily from the north and occasionally from the west due to its location.

I will be in this stand friday morning for my first live hunt of the year, we shall see how it works.

I'm bored so i figured I would show it off.

Gracias amigo, I'll text you when I get settled in. Im really hoping these rain chances for tomorrow hold up. Perfect scenario is a good steady rain tomorrow morning til around 6-7 with a N wind blowing so I can get in with rain covering my sound and a N wind blowing to prevent my scent from blowing into their bedding area...... the deer should have zero chance of smelling me. Its set up 25-30yds due north of the clearing im entering from so unless they slide through between me and the clearing they are in trouble..........unless I shoot my blind again like I did last time lol

hahaha, its a bit more complex than that BigThicketBoy, johnpaul and gander both happen to be closely related to the landowner so they would be fine hunting it........however if I go telling everyone where it is I have a pretty good hunch that I very well may no longer be able to hunt it.......and we can't have that, I gotta have somewhere to sit and watch the birds and squirrels like the rest of the east texas hunters!!!!

I'll be in my stand this afternoon or I might take you up on that! I'm just hoping Mickey didn't kill the only deer coming to my set up. I decided to go no trail camera this year in order to not get my hopes up or try and pattern these deer because that has not worked at all the last 2 years!
