    Too many feeders?

I hunt on a 280 acre property up near the red river with a creek splitting it in half. I have two feeders on the south side of the creek and one on the north. I'm wondering if running just one or two feeders would help make the deer easier to pattern. What do you guys think?

I hunted a place similar to this in Kenedy back in the 90's and had a buck that seemed to know what feeders we were hunting at and would go to the one not being used. We eventually out smarted him. He ended up being a 140" four year old 10 point.

Bottom line is I think smart bucks learn to pattern our behaviors and sometimes we need to change things up to be successful.
