I think they taste like pork chops. They are very good! I've killed 3 of them and they all tasted really dang good to me.Comment

I have eaten it as sausage and as steaks. IMHO, the best game meat I have ever had.
There is a reason cat is on the menu in so many other countries! Feline meat is good.
