Short story.

This morning Patek was crawling into the stand, and a rattler was on the step. They left went to another. I went back and checked the stand it had a hole in the step, that step had a couple if different snakes in it.

There was a huge hole at ground level, rats all in it.

I went in after checking to turn around and see snakes all in the step. I shot one.

The floor was gone and had become a snake trap and unsafe for everyone. So I made the decision it was time to go. I have another stand ready to move in.

Killed two cotton mouths in my garage today. At first i thought it one of the many fake snakes that are around from kid's toys. Then it moved!
