I really don't hate them, just part of the deal. I am very grateful for the places that I have to hunt, because the landowners are willing to let us hunt and trust us around their cows.

I can't count the number of hunts they've ruined on my place...

Nut bag or udder works equally well. Sheep is a different story. BB's won't get thru all that hair. Sheep seem to be afraid of a dying rabbit squealer. Goats taste a lot like deer

A real good feeder fence helps.

Livestock and ranching come first. Deer hunting is at bottom of land owners list.

Sucks but nothing we can do.

I keep my sons old Daisy Red Rider in my box blind as well. Shot a cow at one yard and it kicked the blind. I'll defer to muzzle brake in regards to sheep. Set up a feeder pen. It's only a matter of time before your 300 lb feeder full of corn ends up on the ground.

Back from my stalk hunting days...some of the biggest horns I have seen were laid up with cattle during the day. Dont do you much good blind hunting I know.

Try having 200 steers on 650 acres. They will ruin the place.

They pay my living, so I will deal with them.

If it makes yall feel any better. One of the neighbors cows got on our place and died next to my brothers feeder on opening weekend.

Kinda figure cows and horses are trampling any scent I might have left while they're eating the hand corn around my tree stand. Once livestock leave, deer tend to come on in without much worry.
