Identify this fly

Anyone know what type of fly this is? In our house we are renovating these Flys have been around the bathroom like 5 or 6 of them just staying on the wall. They don't look like typical house Flys to me but I could be wrong anyone have any idea and best way to remove them? I don't smell anything dead and there is no trash in the house but we did just get plenty of rain and it does puddle up in front of the house.

I just see green, but we sometimes get big flies in our house. There will be 5-10 of them at a time. I'm not sure where they come from or how they (or their momma) got into the house, but they just show up. When they do, I break out this bad boy!

You're right, that's not a typical house fly, it's a non-typical house fly.

I am no expert, but looks kinda like a black fly. They will bite the crap out of you, if it is indeed one. Just a guess though.
