Not happy and don't know who is to blame

I order a tight spot quiver from black eagle archery and the box that is was packaged in was poorly taped and crushed. Also, after I opened the box the quiver was barely inside the plastic case it comes in. I don't know if I should complain to UPS or Black Eagle Archery.

Nothing was damaged so I guess I should take yalls advice. It just frustrated me because I've never seen such a poorly packaged box and I've never had anything arrive in such a mangled condition

At least you actually received it. The if it was sent USPS you may have never even laid eyes on it. Or you may have just gotten an empty box with a note in it like I once did.

My son did a short stint at ups in his college days, said if you get anything from them that not broke, be happy. According to him, they believe cardboard is what footballs, basketballs, soccer balls and baseballs are made of.

I agree with the no harm no foul so I'll just chill and not complain. I've ordered a ton of stuff of the internet though and never had anything come in this bad of shape. It seems I've been real lucky. Never had any problems with USPS, FedEx, or UPS

You don't have to complain but it may not hurt to let the company you ordered it from know how it arrived.

                        This is why amazon rocks.

They will pack a thimble in a refrigerator sized box.

I'd complain to UPS. Every dang box I get from them looks like it's been ran over and dropped off several buildings. I also send pics to the company I order from to let them know how their chosen shipper treats their packages.

There are a few choices for ya. But if it isn't damaged, then why be upset over some tape and paper?

Looks like the cheapest, thinnest cardboard box they could have used. Not taped very well either. But if your stuff wasn't damaged, I move on.....and order from someone else next time.
