Giving Mathews their props!

My wife has an older Mathews Mustang (40-50 lb. bow at 25" draw). My son, Josh, took a liking to it and his Browning Micro Adrenaline has been collecting dust. I have never chrono'ed it before and got curious. I shot it through the chrono tonight at the Bow Zone. 318 grain arrow....254 fps. Not bad for a youth/ladies bow that is only 31 3/4 " axle to axle and weights next to nothing. The bow is quiet too. If ya'll ever get your hands on a used one, hold on to it because this thing rocks.

Here's a video of Josh flat smokin' a doe with this same bow last year. I couldn't get the camera around to show it, but the doe made it about 25 yards.

I hear you. I have an old MQ1 that still shoots sweet. I keep saying I'm going to update each year but there really isn't any reason to...yet.

That's FAST for that bow.
Look at the specs on Mathews website, do the math and you'll see you got a fast one, hang on to it!
280 @ 26-50-250 grains
25-50-318-254 fps

Hey chew amanda shoots a ignition and that thing is very fast and whisper quiet. I bought it on ebay for her for 190.00 set up! She loves it and is gonna try it out at keiths in about a month. Get ready for video and pics!
