Kenmore Side by Side Fridge issue

    Anyone know about these things?
Freezer side is at 17 deg but set at -4. Fridge side is at 45 deg and set at 34 deg. Fan is running. I can feel air moving through diffuser.
    Any Ideas?

Possibly a bad internal thermometer or thermostat? Both sides reading higher than what it's set at...

Is the compressor cycling on & off? If not, it may be low on freon and can't get it down to what it's set for.

Look on the rear inside of the freezer side toward the bottom and see if there is a frost accumulation.

You could also check the coils and make sure the coils are clean.

X2 look at the inside of the rear freezer wall. If frosted take off the back panel and check the coil. there should be a clear tube which heats the coils and melts ice. This could be your potential problem. I had to replace mine last year.

I cleaned the coils they were pretty dirty . Seeing if that fixes it.
