Get your doctor or dentist to write you for debacterol. It's sulphuric acid in a single use stick. It burns and chemically cauterizes the ulcer. The pain is usually gone by the next day. I don't know if you technically have to have a prescription for them. It might depend on the pharmacy but with a prescription you won't have a problem. Not all pharmacies can get them depending on who their supplier is. I get mine through HEB.

Plain ole hydrogen peroxide every time you think about it. Knocks em out almost overnight.

Kanka....the best I have ever used. Takes the pain away for much longer periods of time. I have tried most of that other stuff, including letting an aspirin dissolve on the spot...did that for a long time.

Break it open and salt. I use to get them from oj. No oj for me anymore

Swish your mouth several times a day with orange juice. The acid kills it.
