My grandfather is on the right, Capt. George Guthrie.

This time for the reactivation to TNG status for the 141st. I found this clipping stashed away in an old book of his.

I find it interesting that he is only wearing his CIB on his blouse, and for you Army guys, what was the reasoning for tucking in their ties? A holdover from old uniforms?
