Steelworkers went on strike knocking out 10% of US refineries until the strike is over. Gas will go up and the price of oil will drop because it reduces demand even more in the middle of a glut.

Wonder how much it will slow refining? They have other employees to cover some of it so it won't be shutdown right?

They intentionally shut down 10% of refining capacity as a hammer to negotiate. They may continue to shut down more.
