not sure what volume of RO water you need but i have an RO/DI unit under the sink that i use for my saltwater tanks, it includes a tap for the sink for drinking water. Water General is the vendor and you can get the whole unit on Ebay for less than 200.

Never had one until we lived out in Big Spring. We had the Lowes Whirlpool RO system and it worked great with no problems and provided great tasting water. Now in Temple, we put in the tankless version of the same system and it works just as good. I think you only need the pressure tank kit it you have low water pressure. Cost about $80 for everything at Lowes and I put it all in in about 15-20 minutes. Great systems!

Just an update. I replaced the Culligan with this:
ISpring 6 Stage
I could not be happier. It went in easily, just plug and play with old setup from Culligan. Our water tastes much better and we're getting that clear ice that is hard as a rock. I love it.
Perhaps the 10 year old Culligan was just due to be replaced, but the water we're getting now is much better than what the Culligan produced...even with new filters.
Thanks for the help.

Without looking at an amortization schedule ... I figure that comes to about $8,800!
When we moved into our house, 8ish years ago, we fell for the free water testing gig. The system he was trying to sell was between $6,000 and $7,000. It's just crazy what those guys charge ... and some people actually buy them!
My Bil just bought one from Lowes for around 5 k! Almost fell over when he told me that!

This Culligan system was 10 years old and, in my opinion, struggling. It's $1100 to install a new Culligan. If I get only 3 years out of this $250 unit I just put in, I can by 4 for $1000 over 12 years and still beat the Culligan deal. I'm happy.
Did I mention how kick *** the water is out of it?

But knowing you, you have!
