Time to get busy!

Alright. Spent all morning trimming limbs and getting a ladder stand set while my buddy mowed pasture. Place is looking a lot better.

My feeder wasnt throwing corn so got the cables hooked back up now its working.

Stealth cam wasnt taking pics so fooled with it until it started working. Guess it needed to be set to custom to work.

Spread some hand corn sprayed in Vanilla. Got vanilla cover scent. Dang I smell good!

Im sittin in the lockon waitin to see if a pig happens by. Not real optimistic but may as well sit while Im here.

Ran aover and slapped together a 48"x66" blind. All thats left is to build the door, roof it and foam it up tight.

It's never too late to get feeders going. We used to have a guy that wouldn't get his feeders going until the week before rifle season started. On opening morning he would see just as many or more deer than we would. Good luck this season.

I agree. I plan to put this stand in another opening and move my feeder where I can see from this stand and put a pig pipe where I can see it from my bow stand.

My 11 yo daughter has decided she wants to shoot a deer this year so my focus has shifted.
