Just giving options guys. If both are equal in quality and performance, I will take the ST's ever time just on price alone. Shuttles ain't cheap.

I tried to make myself shoot the slick tricks because the flight was great and I have yet to get a pass thru on any animal. (6.5 yr old buck, 175lb boar, mature axis doe)
don't drink the slick trick kool-aid
my set-up is a 68lb mathews shooting 28" easton epic 340s, it has pushed grim reapers, wac 'em, montec G5, hellrazors, and muzzy mx4 broadheads through every deer and hog I'v shot in the last year
so I know my set-up will push a steep angle or large broadhead through something
go to a day hunting operation and ask them what head devastates flesh and has a high pass through percentage then get a package (a ranch owner I know that conducts hog hunts, has the luxury of seeing hundreds of bowkills each year and he feels strongly about certain types of broadheads)
now, someone with a kool-aid mustache can tell you I'm wrong in my experience and that they have had a total opposite experience

I use em.....personal opinions obviously vary, but I think they will give the Slick Tricks a pretty good fight. They penetrate well, are good on bone and leave some pretty wicked exit holes (Blood).
The biggest thing I found was the flight characteristics seem to be super consistent, and the blades are super sharp and easily replaced.
Its like Ford vs Chevy vs Dodge and everyone is gonna have their favs, but a great test for a broad head is on large Africa game. I have video of about 60 Africa Kills with the Tightpoint and the aftermath was impressive enough to change my mind. All the animals were recovered on these shots in very short order.

I shoot a Diamond Justice at 64 lbs, with 28" Easton Epic 400s. It has gotten Sllick Tricks to pass through on whitetail, axis, fallow deer, about 15 times in the last two seasons.
I have had one dramatic failure with a ST, but attribute that more to a freak shot than to a bad head.
I have never shot the shuttle T's, but everyone I know who has says good things about them.
Maybe I do need to wash off the kool-aid.
