Looking to hire in the Magnolia area

So I have been away from the green screen for awhile and finally have some time to get back right in time for the season.

I am working for a small family owned company where I manage a retail location that caters to a set client base. We have been in need of help in the front to process order, help customers select items, receive payments, update accounts and be a good communicator in general. We have been looking for this person for a few weeks without advertising and have been striking out. I know there are a lot of great people here that either need work or know of someone who they would trust to recommend for a job. So, here's the call for help.

Pay is good for the job and it has perks based on performance. Location is in Magnolia, TX near the 1488 and 2978 intersection. I'm not posting the business name because the last thing I want is someone walking in saying they heard about the job on the internet. I would rather talk with someone on the phone and get a feel for their personality before bringing them in to talk with me and the owner.
