It was burning hot in Austin the last 2 days - 103 today & humid - bringing me way down....

Cold air advection won't make it down all the way to Southeast Texas BUT with the rain and cloud cover around starting tomorrow and through weekend, it will keep temperatures down. I just got off the golf course. Brutal!!! Come on cold weather.

Well, it made it to the DFW, Granbury finally. It's 72 now and news just said 71 for the high today?? we will take it!

We got our first snow yesterday. My flight was cancelled out of Denver last night so I had to get a rental car and drive home. Pulled into the driveway at 2am this morning. Could be the start of a harsh winter!

I think yesterday I was just feeling the cool air from the moisture of the line of storms. Humid and feels to be in the 80s now. Main front should be here after while and I'm ready for it. May have to go to a Friday Night Football game with this weather.

Forecast shows mid 80's to low 90's over the next week here in Austin Co...but I'll take it! It sure beats upper 90's to low 100's!
