deer tag filling challenge

Just thought it might be interesting to fill deer tags (following all TPWD laws of course), each tag with a different method of take. Bow, rifle, pistol, crossbow, black powder....Not sure if I will do it, because I prefer archery so much, just brainstorming because all I can think about is hunting.

Anybody ever done this?

Is deer season here yet?

I can do Crossbow, Bow, Rifle, and shotgun. I sold the Black powder gun a couple of years ago.

yep, I don't have a blackpowder and actually have never shot one....but I do have a shotty. Never shot slugs though.

Haven't done it in one season, but have taken deer with blackpowder (inline and sidelock), pistol, bow(compound, recurve, and longbow), shotgun, and rifle. I may try to take one with a crossbow this season.

I have trouble making myself NOT fill tags. I don't want in a contest that encourages me to chooot em! LOL

There's a .44mag pistol with a scope and a long barrel that's just itching to meet a doe...I may have to try it when rifle season gets here...dang deer meat is tasty.
