I personally think Jesse Ventura is a ****. Despite the spin he's trying to put on this, I still don't think you move forward with this case after the death of a hero. Just my two-cents. I hope they allow the retrial and realize they made a $1.8M mistake.

To set something straight real quick on a PM I received, the only reason the guys did not testify before is they did not know about it because they were deployed...

Wow if so just another blip in our flawed judicial system if that is the case. How can a system leave the leading witnesses, American Hero's I might add, out of the case ? They were on active duty, reschedule the trial. Of course we are talking about a system geared to create tremendous windfalls for attorneys. Sure hope our fallen hero's widow wins this case in the appeal. Sounds like his brother Seals could clear this matter up once and for all. Hope so anyway.

It's despicable to see others profit from the mourning and loss of a loved one. Jesse Ventura is a joke and no "real" man would do this to a woman, especially one who had just lost her husband.
