trinity bay solid trout box

Went out Saturday 9/6 in trinity bay with Captain James Mayeux.
We had a blast and limited out on big trout. All caught on artificial from the boat. Only had one dink trout all day (wont mention any names on who caught it) Awesome action and a great time. We will be back on his boat soon. My first time fishing with James. He was a great guide and a blast to hang out with. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Top notch guide service.
All trout caught on black and chartreuse tails. 1/4 oz jig heads.

Man, I remember several years ago, when Black/Chartreuse, Black/white or the same in midnight blue combos was all they would hit and they were very hard to find! Fall fishing in upper Trinity can be good when conditions are right! That's a very nice box of fish right there! No Reds?
