I have a couple that work fine for what I use them for. They are slow to trigger but take fine pictures. You just have to position them so that the deer will be in the frame long enough for the camera to activate and take the picture. IE facing up or down the trail not across the trail or set up on a feeder. The fawn in my avatar was taken with one of them.

I have a couple of the extreme 2's. Like said above the trigger time is slow. If it overlooks a trail or feeder they serve their purpose. I have been averageing 16-20 day battery life with Duracell batteries. I used Raovac batteries and for some reason got 32 days of battery life. I had the same amount of pics from both batteries. I don't know why but I think I'm going to use the Raovacs until I find something better. I have been getting approx. 300 pics each time off of mine. Overall, for the money they are worth it.

I have a 5.0 and the jury is still out.
I put it out on my place and I got 533 pics. 11 were good and the remaining 522 were nothing more than just a white screen with the time and date code.
I was not happy at all. I will set it up on the back yard to take pics of the dog. If they are not good...they will get a call!!!!

We have 4 on our lease and 2 Moultrie's. The Wildview's are a mix of Extreme 3' and 4's. We are happy with them for the price but we are switching to the Moultries. The flash is so much better on the Moultrie it makes them a beter choice for us. Overall, they perform very closely. The Moultrie takes a lot more pics. We use external 12 volts on ours as much as possible.
