Places to eat in Surfside?

Heading down next week and wanting some GS input on good places to eat.
Someone told us Guidos? Not sure if that is spelled correctly.
Any others?

Pirates Alley on deck overlooking the beach. Not fancy but good burgers.

Red Snapper Inn for seafood
Kitty's Purple Cow for burgers
I've heard good things about Pirate's Alley but never eaten there.
There are a couple of Mexican restaurants north of Surfside on 332 but I haven't eaten at them.
That's really about it for Surfside, Lake Jackson is only 10 minutes away and has several national chain restaurants.

Red Snapper is OK. The restaurant at Gulf Coast marina on Shark Lane is better. Pier 30 actually has some good food, too. On the River is good, if you don't mind a 10 minute drive to Freeport.

I haven't been in several years but these are the 2 that first came to mind. It makes me want to take a trip to Surfside.

Not many options in Surfside. For seafood Red Snapper is the best or as others have mentioned make the short drive into Freeport or Lake Jackson.
