Septic question

About 5yrs. ago I had a new septic installed with 3 field lines. Today I found at the end of one lines a hole, and a lot of the gravel they put in the ditch to support the underground PVC was on top of the ground outside the hole. The hole is not that big in diameter or circumference. Is this a possible Armadillo??
I have pics, but I don't know how to transfer them from my Iphone to the green screen. Thanks
