    Baytown FD

A Baytown man suffered a heart attack earlier this week while mowing his lawn; after making sure he was transported to the hospital, firefighters fished his yardwork

Seems they responded and transported a heat attack victim that had been mowing his lawn, then came back and finished the job.

Good Job! Yes, it is above and beyond what is required of them, but there is nothing that says you can't go the extra mile! Makes me proud to be a Fireman!

Good work. Bet I can name one of their recent promotional books. Sounds a lot like a story about some concrete in Phoenix. Still, good job to the boys in Baytown.

I thought it was going to say that he got home from the hospital to find that they had fallen asleep on his sofa after they cooked their dinner in his kitchen.....................

They might have, but if they did, they also cleaned every room in the house, washed his truck, performed preventive maintenance on all of his equipment, sharpened his lawn mower blades, and made sure the pantry was stocked.

Good thing it wasn't cops, he'd find donut crumbs everywhere.......

And i can say that....I fall into both categories.

Stories like that are few and far between. It's definitely a good one. Good to know there are still good folks around since all we hear is the negatives in the news these days.
