We've got some birds but we're still waiting on the big numbers to arrive. Even when I was grocery shopping in Hondo this week I didn't see anywhere near the number of birds I typically see when things ramp up around here. I think it's a little early for us. More and more daily, though. I think it's gonna be awesome (as usual) in another week or two. Maybe some rain up in central TX will hurry them up, lol!

I made a PVC dove pole for the mojo and stationary decoys today. Just hope there are still birds in Llano.

Have about 10 million up here in southwest OK. Frederick to be exact. Last yr we got our limit in the first 20 min. No limit on eurasians though, so we stay after them until the heat drives you in :-/.

Celina area is loaded with doves....sounded like WW3 over there this AM. I got a 15 bird limit of mourning/whitewings and three bonus Eurasians.

The 20 ga O/U was putting a hurt on them when I did my job.... Beautiful morning this am....a little windy but it made it very comfortable..

There was a ton at the beach in Florida week before last. Probably 100 in one group
