Room sized ozone generator for scent control?

I have been given a small ozone generator by a distributor that is trying to convince me to buy several for the University. This particular model will,(or claims to), deodorize a 500 sq. ft. room. I am thinking about using it as scent control for my camo when I go to the lease. My plan is to plug it in to a bathroom recepticle, (go ahead with the bathroom deodorizor jokes! lol), and hang my camo on the shower curtain rod.
What do you think? will this work or is it a waste of time? It was a freebie so at least its not a waste of money.

Testing the product is needed, sounds too good to be true with no moving parts and no filter.

Hey worth a shot if you got one for free to test!

Ive been using an ozone box used to deodorize sports equipment, its free so I have it a shot and has worked perfectly fine for me.

i use one inside my scent free bag every night, in my truck. can't prove it works, but it is touted to remove odors so it can't hurt.

Actually it is being tested now at home in my laundry room where the cat litter box is located. It seems to be doing a good job in helping contril air borne odors in that application. I'm just wondering how it will do in removing odors from garments hung up in the room.
As far as breathing the ozone goes, my plan is to run it in the bathroom with the door closed and to have a couple of windows cracked open in the living quarters.
It is 120v and plugs in to a regular wall outlet. No batteries required.

have a camp fire and let your clothes gather all the smoke scent. Then put it in the bathroom with the Ozone machine and see if it gets all that campfire smell out.

I soak my clothes in ozone and believe it works!!! I don't take it in the field, but like you're doing, use it to control the scent on my clothes. Better than trying to wash clothes after every hunt.

Good idea Ryan. I'm going up for doves and pigs in a couple of weeks. I'll try that.
