best build your own AR-15 book?

got a nice present for my birthday: get to pick a book out from Amazon.com

Amazon has a couple of AR-15 build books, one by Duncan Long and another in the "Workbench" series by D.A. Hanks. then there's "AR 15 Complete Assembly Guide" by Walt Kuleck & Clint McKee - it got good reviews on Amazon.

anyone got a preference? own either book? got a recommendation other than these two? thanks.

Never bought a book, just watched a ton of videos. And got support from people at AR15.com.

Yep that and there's a lot of guys on this forum that are very sharp when it comes to AR's and most anything! Just throw the questions you have out on this forum.

Seriously true. A pdf is all you need for instructions for reference. The rest is trial and error and tuff's deep pockets
