I don't do residential A/C but I do work on a lot of RV A/C. I might be able to answer some questions for you

Outside unit will not come on sometimes, so if I shut everything down and pull the breaker it will come back on. I was thinking that it was the contactor, what do y'all think?

I pm you..did you see if the contactor is pulled in when it is supposed to be running but not?

Neither the fan or compressor will come on but when I pull the breaker and reinstall it will work for a couple of days. It is running at the moment but I figured I'd better have it looked at.
