    How trustworthy is trailcampro.com?

Shop game and trail cameras for hunting, property security, and wildlife surveillance. Trailcampro offers trail cams from the top brands in the industry.

Reading some of their reviews on different cameras and the reviews are really detailed with lots of pics from each camera as samples. They tell you what they liked and what they didn't like.

My question was asked because some of their reviews don't jive with alleged consumer reviews I see on Amazon, Cabelas or some other sites. They sell the cameras that they review, so is there a little bias going on?

For example, they rate the Primos 46 HD as really high and I have only found mediocre reviews for it. If anyone knows the skinny, feel free to chime in.

They are the most realistic and honest review site. Amazon and cabelas are one owner experiences and they are usually right after they buy the cam not years of testing.

And 4.0 rating is ok. They also will update the review and score after more field testing. It takes a lot of time to truly test a camera.

Thanks for the feedback, I kinda thought the same thing on the "one owner experience". They are gushing about the Browning Strike Force, I may pull the trigger on 2 of them and try them out this season.

Going to order that same cam from them today. That should be a great cam at a feed pen. The two year warranty is a plus.
As with all game cams it's a crap shoot.

I purchased the BSF based on their review, and the guy on the phone's opinion that it was the best for the money.

I was disappointed. The video is nothing near HD quality, though it is advertised as such. When the photo mode is set to rapid fire, the circuitry cuts the photo quality to crap in order to bang out fast photos.

That being said, TCP was more than accommodating when I told them I wasn't pleased with the camera.

Real hard to beat that warranty.
