7R Ranch in Gordon

Does anybody live, or own property in 7R Ranch? My wife and I are thinking about touring the place, any info?

Can't help you much on home owner information, but it is a nice area. Used to be a ton of wildlife as well. We built about 2 dozen homes, equestrian center, community center and clubhouse. Idk if you can fish the lake at the main entrance, but it used to be loaded with standing timber.

All I know is their advertising has been less it seems over the past 1-2 years. I don't know what that means if anything. I live in the general area, Hood County, but have never personally seen the place. Sounds nice but consult with a Realtor in the area to do some comps for you.

We drove through it about 7 years ago. Would have loved to buy out there but didn't want son driving all the way to Weatherford for school. You can fish in the tanks but its catch and release. Lots of wildlife. It wasn't developed much when we looked at it. Not sure what it looks like now. You can go to landsoftexas.com and find some lots for sale.

Hunted a place a while back the butted up to the south side of the 7-R. Nice wildlife in that area. I don't think you are allowed to hunt from inside their fence.
