    Humidifier : Yes or No?

If yes, what settings do y'all use?

I started with 4 and have cranked down to 1.5 but I still wake up halfway through the night with sinuses COMPLETELY clogged.

Have not tried it with NO humidifier attached.

    thoughts?

I turn mine down to the minimum. Be sure and use distilled deionized water. May have an issue with the chlorine in tap water. Hard to get used to but stick with it. Changes your life and those around you. With no water, mine dries me out and I get a sore throat, but you might try it. May not do that to you. Good luck!!

I run mine on 2 most of the time. I have tried it with the humidifier turned off and it didn't dry me out too badly.

I use the humidifier at the same temperature as my air conditioning.

I have to have the humidifier or it dries me out something fierce.....especially if it is real cool or cold in the house/camp or hotel.

                  Absolutely yes on the humidifier!
                  Also use Distilled water!
I have window ac units. When they are running I keep it on low.
We use Ventless natural gas heat. I run mine on 2 or 3.
If you wake up with a dry nose you can use some Ocean Spray to rehydrate it if it's too bad. Ocean spray is a nasal mist. It has a white bottle with orange screw on cap.

If your nose is runny in the am turn your humidifier down.

I have a Respironics Bi Pap.
I used to have a ResMed I liked a LOT more. It broke and was I couldn't get it fixed do I bought a used Respironics because it's all they had

don't use it much in warm weather...if at all real low...1 or so. in cool weather use it at 1.5 to 2 depending on how dry air is.

Is it hard to get used to sleeping with that thing on? I think I am about to have to go to my doctor and see if I need one of those. My wife woke me up for the third night this week and said I sounded like a freight train, and at one point she said she was afraid I stopped breathing...

I set mine on 4. You will know when to turn it down. One drop of water in your nose and you will think you're going to drown.

I use a humidifier during the months with bad allergies. Otherwise, can't do it.

You've got it, bro. You will be amazed at how much better you feel in the morning.

Sethcros it's takes a little bit to get used to. IMO it's having the right mask. I switched to the air fit nasal pillows and made a world of difference.
