well just got off the phone with ATT GO PHONE account. My headache went from a 2 to about a 9 in two hours of dealing with having my 9.99 plan automatic payment issues. I noticed one of my Coverts quit sending pictures...so went and picked it up and took it to ATT to problem solve. At ATT store the dude could not get into my GO PHONE account cause I have no password. Since my account is linked to a Covert Camera and not to a phone the GO PHONE folks can't send me a password. Well after 40 min, I went home and called the GO PHONE # myself. Taked to a pretty helpful guy from India for another 40 min. It took him about 20 min, but found the problem. He said that each month my unused minutes roll over and when at any time those minutes reach 3000 my auto pay is disabled ceasing any texting. Somehow it decides I don't need the account to auto pay. Yep...dumb. I don't really need 1,000 texts a month but thats what your choice is. So I have a lot of rollovers. But once my account rollover hits 3,000 min-- problems start. My other choice to not have my autopay stopped due to the 3,000 deal, is to enroll in unlimited account at 19.99 month, then there is no accumulation of minutes and no chance of ATT GO PHONE disabling the auto pay. The guy said they cannot give me a password on the phone as its set up to text the password to me. Well my COVERT is not a phone so I can't get a password to check my account on line. Im sorry this is hard to understand cause it makes no sense to me.
I decided to pay the 19.99 month for each camera with autopay. I don't want to mess with the 9.99 deal and have the auto pay disconnected. Just a heads up on this issue.
