Alright guys got my new 3g covert in the mail today and went by the at&t store and showed them the camera and they said no problem. Added the line to my already existing unlimited voice, text and data plan and was off. Got home and set everything up and now the camera is saying "90 network busy." So I called covert and they said that first I needed to update the firmware(did that) then if that didn't work to call at&t and ask them to change the IMEI # to all 9's. Well apparently at&t was not able to do this and they finally ended up telling me that the device was not compatible with their network. Obviously this is not the case, so with all that said has anyone had to do anything similar to this? The camera shows cell service it just doesn't send the text.

Well, nix that I called the store back I finally got a hold of someone who had some sense and they got me fixed up!
They had it set up as a tablet and not a smart phone... -
I hate dealing with AT&T. It took a month to get all my cameras setup right finally. I hope you get it figured out and let us know what the fix is. I had to tell AT&T to set up the IMEI as a "rugby" type of phone.Comment
