    Moore maker

Hunted with a buddy this past weekend who had a moore maker knife and really liked it and more importantly love supporting texas companies. Ordered it Monday and was here by Wednesday. Good service and talked to one of the
Moores and nice a ppl as you wanna talk to. Really impressed with the craftsman ship and like the knife a lot. my wife got it for my birthday. She sent me this pic when it came in

I was told they weren't made in Texas any longer. Or maybe they weren't american parts, don't remember. I still like them, you can get them razor sharp.

Glad you clarrified this pic. I was sitting here thinking, Colby sure does have some feminine hands...

Nice knife and a classic touch with your initials...

I have the single blade lock-back, trapper style with a bone handle and I sure like it...

I have two of the large Trappers with sheaths. Great working knives!

I have the carbon steel versions.

They're good knives, but be sure to keep it oiled well. I had a new one in my pocket for less than a week and it rusted quick. The only thing Moore Maker makes in house is dehorners and fence pliers. Their knives are made in Alabama.

They are asembled any where but Matador Texas. The are no knife making facilties in Matador. Camillus used to make the lower line.. they may now be made by bear and sons. Their top of the line are made by queen.
