        No program, just started running to help loose weight and to get in shape. Started my first run (1 mile) on Feb. 22 of this year and as of Saturday, I had run 95 miles total with my longest being 6 miles in one run.

          Silly question: why don't yall use the c25k app? Are the others better? Just started last week.

            I use run keeper. The C25k is free. Beyond that you have to buy the workouts.

              Congrats. I repeated W2 D1 today because my wife has been skipping and she wanted to run with me this am. We are going to run the Turkey Trot in Germantown, Tn when we go there for thanksgiving.

              What app are tall using? Am using 5K runner.

                I officially finished the program this past Saturday. Today I am going beyond the 5k! The plan is to hit 3.5ish miles every other day this week and next then start Half Higdon's half marathon -novice program. It progresses slowly and should more than prepare me for the Cap10 in April.
