I loved it at first, had it for several years now, but now I can't seem to find my "number," and I don't sleep as well as I use to.....

Google reviews...we almost bought one..but customer support and getting them to honor their warranties/buy backs seem to be a HUGE problem ..

I'm on my second one and I don't have any complaints. 10+ years on one and I wouldn't change.

I'm like DFWPI at first it was great, now I don't like it as much as I did.

We have a dream number and we really like it. If I start not sleeping well. I change it up. But for the most part I keep it at one number. Same bed by the way just cheaper. Check them out

According to what I am reading they are put of business now and a lot of warranties people can't get handled. Looked at the bbb as well.

Had one, after a few years my number became 100 because it would not stay that way for long

Had one for 3+ years now and love it, moved over a year ago and it was very easy to take down and set back up.

The pump does not tolerate lots of inflate/deflate cycles. It will stop holding air completely and the warranty on the pump is short.

This and if you need warranty work done their parts become obsolete faster than electronics, when you do call for parts/service the upsell to the newest-latest-greatest, reallyyyyyyy, ticked me off. I now own the latest, greatest tempurpedic.
