One lease spot open NW Oklahoma potentially

We are talking about adding one more person to the lease I am on in Woodward County, OK. 40 miles east of Woodward. Closest town is Waynoka. About 6 hours from DFW.

It will be for one spot only. No camp area or cabin. We stay at the RV park in Quinland. Lease is 2500 acres with 4 total hunters at this point. If we add one more it will be 5 total hunters on the place. It is split up in to 3 pastures. It is a season lease. You can set up your own feeder or hunt one in place already. I think we have 12-14 feeders running now.

Oklahoma OSL is $280 for one weapon. So if you want to hunt all 3 seasons it would cost you $840. You can kill 5 deer combined.

Deer range from 120-150" on average with 160+ seen each year. I watched a 170'ish buck last year that would not come within bow range. Which made me pass on a 150'ish(which I regret doing now). Does are in abundance. A 200" was seen 3 years ago.

Lease price is $2200 a gun plus corn that we split up.

Please do not PM me if you want to look at the place. I will go in order of post #. It's to hard to keep track of who is in line via PM. Feel free to PM me questions though.

Here are the 3 pastures. I will dig up deer pics later.

The deer in my Avatar came from a 960 Acre Farm 8 miles South of Waynoka. I think the LO's name was Red or something. We hunted a larger place a little closer to town years before. We always saw Huge deer in that area. I believe we were 23 miles from Kansas border. I am not interested in the spot but if I did not have my HF place in Mason for the next 7 years I would be all over this. On the North Ranch our average was in the 160's but we only stayed on the South Ranch one season and shot 2 in the 140's. I shot my Avatar buck with my bow the 3rd weekend in October. He dressed out in the 230 lbs range. Great Country, Huge Deer and great people.

NW Okie is dang good country. Went by Canadian River Hilton Outfitters last week to look at the bison herd and saw some great deer also. Oh, one toad of a boar came within 50 yards of us while we were glassing a river bottom!!! Game rich country!!!
